We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn hats in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, hats showing signs of wear or sweat marks cannot be accepted.

Every hat is shipped in a custom-sized, heavy-duty reinforced box with protective inserts. This ensures your hat maintains its structure and crown shape from our warehouse to your doorstep.
