At Hat Heaven, we want you to be completely satisfied with your headwear. If your new cap doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn item with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your hats in their original box to prevent crushing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We recommend keeping your tracking receipt until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our team inspects the returned headwear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
